The only way to fix our broken political system is to put in a term limit of one term.
At the present time, if you want to talk to a Representative or Senator, you have to ante up some re-election campaign money. Once I wanted to talk to a senator, I was told a contribution of $10,000. would be required for a meeting. We never met.
The present day politicians are so worried about getting re-elected that they won't do anything that the party bosses don't want them to do, if they don't do what they are told to do, they won't get the re-election support or the committee seat that they want. This system is very corrupt.
When they live in DC for a while, they don't even know what their constituents want, they only know what the party wants and will vote for it so they can get the best chance for re-election.
The Founders of our constitution did not intend for these people to be career politicians, they envisioned a person serving a term, then going back home to their regular occupations.
We can fix this system by limiting these people to one term, then they won't need all the re-election funds and will be more able to vote for what their constituents want and their conscience allows.
This would greatly reduce the power of the party bosses, influence peddlers and lobbyists who throw re-election funds at our elected officials to influence their votes.

Make all congress people serve one term only, then they won't need re-election funds.

GOP is throwing the election.
The GOP is throwing the election by not supporting Donald Trump, who the people have selected by their votes,. If Trump wins, they will lose a great deal of their wheeling and dealing power, as he will do what he believes is right for our country, and will not let the party bosses have their way.
If we lose the election, we can thank the GOP for it, as it won't be Donald Trumps fault, but theirs.
If they don't back Trump, the GOP will probably be no more. Many people I have spoken with are ready to can the GOP as it is just as bad or worse than the Dems., they tell you one thing, then cave in and do nothing. Speaker Ryan is probably one of the worst.
Newt Gingrich was the last good speaker we had, and he was exceptionally good.

Speaker Ryan
What does it take for you GOP insiders to understand that we are tired of your pussyfooting around and political correctness You talk like you are going to do something then fall apart when it comes time to do it.
Mr. Trump got to where he is due to the fact that he is pledging to do what we want, not what the GOP insiders want. He is speaking for "we the people" not you or your political correctness bunch that are only worried about votes and contributions.
I used to be a Republican donor, never again, from the last election on, I am an independent and will vote for who I think will be best for our country, not for any party. You people are so busy worrying about donations and votes that you forget what your constituents want and only follow the $.
We are either going to change the Republican party so it is controlled by the people, Not the party insiders, or get rid of it and start a party for the people.

Bill Krystal
Another looser in todays political arena is Bill Krystal, he still can't believe that he could have been so wrong at the start of this election cycle. He blew it and now he can't' stand it. He used to come close to being correct sometimes, but now he is out of it and out of touch with what we want. Sorry Bill, you need to sit back and quit crying, no one feels sorry for you, you are just wrong.
Please shut up Mr. Romney and Mr Ryan.
Looks like the guy I once liked and thought would make a good president has lost it. He was never as poplar as TRUMP, but now he is jealous that Trump has done so well. Apparently, he forgot that he LOST his election and therefore, he should sit back, shut up and let the people decide.
Now, about the speaker, he needs to shut up too. Ryan was not elected to the speakership by the people, he was elected by the Congressmen and Woman that have not been doing what we elected them to do, that is why Mr. TRUMP is where he is. We are hoping that by electing a non politician we will be able to take back our country.
Right now, I would vote for anyone who is not presently in our congress, the ones that are there will not do the will of the people, all they do is listen o the party bosses and cower down to vote the way they are told to vote.
